Invitation orders are personalized orders and cannot be returned, however my goal is for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not thrilled with your invitations, please contact me and I will try to give an honest and fair attempt to rectify the situation.

Fonts and colors of your choice can be used for your invitations for no extra charge. The colors of some illustrations are unable to be altered.

I am also happy to switch up graphics on cards. For example, if you like the illustrations on the info card and want that on the RSVP card instead, I'm happy to swap them. If you don't need all the pictured wedding stationery, or need additional cards that aren't pictured (like Save the Dates) that's fine!

Printing is additional

Yes! Some clients want to see the quality of print and feel the thickness of the card stock before purchasing. If I have a sample in stock, the price is $5 per sample. If it's something I don't have, the price is $10 per sample (up to two cards).

This is tricky and depends on how many proofs we go through before sending to print. If the client is able to provide feedback promptly and we are able to pin down final proofs quickly it helps with overall turn around time.

Once final proofs are approved I typically say it takes 2-3 weeks to get your invitations, but in reality, it's usually much quicker if we are printing digitally. If you are in a time crunch, please let me know and I will do my absolute best to meet your needs.

I'm glad you asked! Here are the steps to follow:

1. Once you pin down (or kind of pin down) the invitation set you like on my shop, purchase the $100 listing that acts as a deposit. If you don't know how, convo me.

2. Once I receive your deposit I will message you and ask for wording, colors, etc.

3. I start designing and send you digital proofs ASAP. Please allow 24-48 hours.

4. You review proofs and give me feedback including any changes.

5. We continue this process until you are completely thrilled with the way everything looks.

6. I make a listing for the balance.

7. You pay the balance.

8. I send everything to print.

9. Your invitations arrive in the mail 2-3 weeks after (usually much sooner) and you LOVE them!

I am happy to offer a digital option where I design the invitations (input your wording, colors, etc.) and send you the digital files for you to print. There are many affordable online printing options I can recommend to fit your budget. Just ask!

I ask for $100 deposit to get started as everyone's time is important, but I am also willing to refund this amount if you really aren't happy with the way the invitation is looking with your wording and colors. My goal is for you to love your invitations and I am happy to change up colors and fonts as many times as needed. Unlimited digital proofs are included.
